Spoken by the people from the island of Haiti, Haitian Kreyòl is a French-based creole language and is one of the two official languages of Haiti. The alphabet is 26 letters and the phonetic alphabet has 33 sounds. A highly phonetic language, this is the stepping stone of learning to read and write Kreyòl properly.
